Who is trevor?

Trevor Vance is a Washington State University alumnus (Class of 2020, Marketing) and has proudly called Pullman home for the past 10 years. As a professional Project Manager with five years of experience, he brings a results-driven approach to planning, accountability, and follow-through—skills he’s ready to put to work on Pullman City Council.

Having lived as both a student and a long-term resident, Trevor understands the unique dynamics between WSU and the wider community. He is committed to strengthening that relationship through open dialogue, practical collaboration, and thoughtful representation of Ward 2.

Trevor believes leadership starts with listening. He wants every resident—from students to families to business owners—to have a voice in Pullman’s future.

As the city continues to grow and evolve, Trevor is focused on ensuring that growth benefits everyone. That means supporting local businesses as they adapt to a changing landscape and creating a city environment where innovation, opportunity, and community thrive.
